Cool, eh? My goal… To FILL EVERYTHING! hahahah.

Anyways. I REALLY need to spead out my yearly costs some.. This time of year is just killer for me in costs.. First the trip, then insurange, then investments, and gifts and registartaion renewl.. Ugh. It’s killer! I also need new tires, new brakes, an oil change, and new windshield wiper blades.

And WHY must they fucking make it so god damn hard to make changes to insurance! Seriously they need to fucking simplify this! I call in because I got my bill and want to make changes to my policy. He says, “well your policy now is $1,200″… WAIT! I _JUST_ got a bill saying that I owe $1,042… How in the HELL is he getting $1,200 from? … Well apparently he cant’ make changes to the UPCOMING policy that I want to pay on NOW. He can only change the CURRENT policy. Why on EARTH would I want to change the fucking CURRENT policy? It’s up in 1 week. I’m not going to freaking change it now!

So the story is that I have to pay the full $1,042 now, make the change and then they will SEND me a check for the $200 difference. What fucking sense does that make. God damn insurance companies. I hate them all.

Second, is DMV. I have to get a smog check. Ugh! How annoying. I could have sworn I just did that last year! I really hope that it’s not going to cost me more then the $50 testing fee. BTW, since California requires you to get a smog check, it should be god damn free.

I hate cars, I hate owning cars. They are nothing but money traps! Why can’t LA have a good public transit system. Speaking of, I got a “Free Metro Pass for a Month” card in the mail the other day. It said “Welcome to the neighborhood”.. Good job being nearly 6 months late! Anyways, I went to the website to try and plan out my daily commute via MTA.. The damn route planner didn’t work.

Before I left for Berlin, I paid all my November bills… I got an e-mail from my landlord: “I received your rent check today, but it is due the 1st of each month, I don’t want to recieve it before that date”… Excuse me, what kind of IDIOT would freaking complain about getting $1,300 two weeks early! If/When I am a landlord, I would LOVE to have tenants like ME!

Speaking of, I really want to get my ass in gear about doing that. I need to start making calls for it!

Berlin Movie… And Christmas!

Well, just as with Paris, I have created a 5 minute movie of my trip to Germany.. I don’t really like the music that goes with it, so if you know any more “typical” German Music let me know… I was thinking some Pink Floyd.

Berlin got me all hot and bothered for Christmas too, so I put up the christmas tree like 2 weeks early, opps! It’s really cute.

The cats have been VERY lovey.

I’m not very happy about the way my apartment was left by the Cat Sitter… Beer bottles all over the counter. Glasses all over the apartment. 3 cig pack wrappers on the floor, the bed was unmade, and he didn’t get the mail as I asked. I guess I will have to find someone else to watch them for Christmas… Any takers?

Saturday night I went out with this guy Jim. What a character… That’s all I have to say. We watched mulholland drive. I have NO idea what this movie is about!

Today Austin came over and we hung out. It was good to see him again. We watched this movie called Orange County. Very funny. You should all go watch it.

I’ve also spent a lot of the weekend sleeping. I’ve been so tired! The guy upstairs has started playing loud gay disco and having sex again. Austin thinks he’s on drugs. He better NOT be loud again tonight. I’ll be annoyed as hell!

Not looking forward to going to work tomorrow. 🙁

Flight Home

Oh god, 11.5 hours in ONE flight, is death. I hate it… They keep replaying the SAME movies over and over again and they are all stupid. We only have 1.5 horus left. Thank god! I’d have to say that leaving Berlin was sad. However, I’m excited to get home. I want to crash, and yet… I want to do a lot of other stuff, bake a pie, a turkey, some mashed potatos… SHIT, the stores are all going to be closed! I have no fooood at home! Damnit… Still debating about a bike ride this weekend or not. I do have a date though!

There’s three HOT boys within viewing distance of me.. OMG, yum! Also some really gay guy keeps walking by me and smiling. He’s kinda cute…

Berlin – Day #5

Final day. It’s sad really. I’ve come to love this city. It’s amazing. Did only two things today, and lots and lots of trains. Went WAY north to the Concentration camp, very sad… I highly suggest it. I just wish that we had had more time to be there… Then went over to Frederick the Greats palace. Very cool place. Again. I wish that we had more time to explore the grounds, because they were huge!

I’ve went out wondering once already tonight. Just looking things over, I’m about to head out again for the last time. I’m sure it’ll all be the same as what it was when I was just out there… But I don’t want to leave this area. Everything is changing so fast. When we got here, the streets were fall like, leaves everywhere, cold. Today, everything is lit up for the holidays, and all the major streets are lined with small shed like shops selling all kinds of treats and cute little christmas things. I’ve purchased all my gifts and I hope that everyone will be happy with them. I’m very satisfied with what I’ve gotten.

I only wish that I could spend more time here, so that I could learn more about this HUGE city. We’ve seriously spent 90% of our time in old East Berlin, and although great, I wish that we could have seen more of West berlin.

Berlin – Day #4

Today’s the last real day we have to roam around late at night… Guess what, we’re not going to be doing that again. I’m getting really annoyed with her slowness. We had a great day though. Did two muesums (Pergamon and Altes), then I left her and went over to way east berlin (what a mess) and did some shopping. Didn’t find anything that I was looking for. VEry annoyed by that. After that I did some more shopping in Alexanderplates, and found some chocolates and stuff to bring back to the office. I still have three presents to buy. I know what two of them are going to be, I just have to actually buy them, the last one I still don’t know what it is!

After that we went to Ku’damm, which was fun. Again, slowness was the anoyingness. WE didn’t get to cover near as much as I would have liked to have done. But oh well. We saw a good chunk of it. It’s also a bit annoying though because she’s not very experimental with the food. IE, we ate at PIzza Hut today. I feel so fat from that. I want to go out to the pink district, but it’s so far away on the train and again, I feel really bad abot leaving her here alone. Perhaps on the next trip… If there ever is one.

It’s making me realy sad that I don’t have a bf here either. And why can’t I be more outgoing and agressive in getting a random makeout or something too. Ugh. I’m nearly on tears sometimes. It’s a completely random country… I should be able to pick SOMEONE up!

I’ve had dreams about Austin every night since we got here… Very distrubing.

WEll shower time, tomorrow is the concentration camp and then some big palace thing. It’s a light day, if we are back early enough perhaps I will go to the pink district then to just check itout and then come home to pack. We have to be up at 4am thursday to catch the train to the airport. We did a dry run tonight for Angel so that she’s not lost!
