All About Driving…

OMG. I’ve had some horrible driving experiences over the last few days.

Let’s start with this morning…. I was driving into work PCH this morning going about 45. This asshole in a Chrysler 300 comes flying up from behind me. There’s an open lane to my left. But yet he doesn’t seem to get the hell over. He’s ON MY ASS. Now, we all know that I tail gate, so I have a pretty high tollerance for it. But this guy was ON MY ASS. So I brake check him. He doesn’t back off. I brake check him a few more times and the asshole backs off a little bit (about to the point where I usually tailgate slow ass moving people). Then all of sudden, the asshole flys out to my left, comes up beside me and starts to flip me off. In typical LA fashion I flip him off and start screaming at him. Then he starts weaving his car in and out as if he’s going to slide slam me…. After a little bit of this and him realizing he’s not scaring me, he speeds off. I keep track of him…. Anyone wanna guess WHERE he was speeding off too?

STARBUCKS! Asshole! When I saw that I soooo wanted to fucking follow him in there and scream at him some more!

Then the other night when we were going to Ben’s house this idiot tourist van tried to turn right from the left lane.. Only issue. I was trying to turn right as well.

The other day while I was biking this stupid soccer mom in her giant SUV, tailgates me, speeds past me and then slams on her brakes with her right turn signal on… And stops. Excuse me? You seriously just passed me to make an immediate right turn?!?!? So I start screaming at her. Then she rolls down her window and yells at me. “I’m waiting for you asshole.”… How am I the asshole? you’re the fucking bitch that just cut me off!?!? People in LA!

And lastly. I was driving home from work last night doing about 85 in the far right lane. When all of a sudden I come up on a CHP. I slam on my brakes… but when I passed him I was still going 75+. Amazingly he didn’t even blink. I about had a heart attack.

In other news.

I finished my HUGE project at work. Today is hopefully going to be a lazy day. 🙂

I’ve been listening to the new Val & Lisa on Star 98.7 the last few days just to see how it’s going. Plus, I have to admit. I like star’s music. Anyways, they are SO ripping off everything JJS did! Bastards. Oh well. I will continue to listen to JackFM as my primary station.

Paris Hilton Gets Arrested again…

UGH! I just had a huge post here about stuff… And then my computer froze. That’s what happens when you are running 8 million applications.. UGH!

So I will try to recreate now:

Ok, the last week or so has been UBER stressful at work. Lots of high priority projects all due at the same time and people blasting me for stuff to be done yesterday basically.

Anyways, so last night was a night to go blow off some steam. Ben, Jason, some guy from TN named Robert and I all went out to dinner in WeHo. Went to Marix and had a couple drinks and all you can eat tacos. Very yummmy. After that we walked over to Fiesta Cantina and chatted it up and had a good time. About 11ish we all got in the car and were driving to Beige when Jason screams. “There’s Paris Hilton“. She had been pulled over yet again. And we were some of the first to see… No cameras or anything yet even. What a stupid bitch.

Beige was tons of fun. No Asian to deal with, some random black girls came and joined us and we all had a great night.

Got home about 2:30ish and crashed. I woke up at 7am and my door was standing wide open again. I really have to remember to lock that sucker. I’m surprised that my cats haven’t run away one of these times. Drove into work at 10am and some idiot decided it’d be smart to close half the freeway to do bridge inspections. UGH.

The other night Ben and I watched notes on a scandal.

This weekend Ben came over on Sat afternoon and we hung out all day. Went to Chinese New Year and then Olvera Street. Had a really great time. He spent the night and then today we went out biking with the Team 100. Just did an easy 20 miles. It was nice and sunny but only 50ish when we started. By the time we got back it was cloudy and colder. Just as we were pulling out to go home it started raining. Good thing we didn’t go longer! 🙂

It was really great to hang out with him this weeknd. As always pictures on the photodump.

Holy shit, a boy can dream!

As I stated, Helpdesk work today. Which means I was up at 3am. In the office EARLY as hell and didn’t get out of there till 2 because of what I posted in the previous friends only posting (sorry non-friends!). So tonight I am just hangin gout at home chilling and trying to stay off the computer. (Clearly not working).

So much stuff was going on at the office today though. I had 4 people coming to me all day long asking for RIGHT THIS INSTANT changes to thier projects. I felt bad because one of the other projects that I was looking forward too got dumped on someone else. I was really looking forward to doing it too because it would have provided a great distraction for an hour or two.

Anyways the rest of the weekend should be really fun. Hanging out with ben and what not. I’m enjoying him. 🙂

HD Coverage Again

So this week I’m covering for the HD again. I know I bitch about this everytime I do it. But my god! What does this guy do in the afternoons!? When I used to work the HD every day, he would do this. And he’s STILL doing it. Leaves 20-40 unread e-mails EVERY DAY! WHY!?!?!?!? This is ridiculous. He even leaves things marked as “Unread” when he has CLEARLY replied to them and he leaves the messages that HE sends out marked as unread! RIDICULOUS! There is NO REASON for this at all.

I am leaving them as they are. Not touching a god damn thing. I bet you when I come in the morning they are all the same way! UGH!

So remember I went flying with Jason and Carlito a while back? Well the pictures from that flight are up on the photodump at last!

Tuesday night Ben came over and we went out to Sushi. I really enjoy my time with him. 🙂 I asked him to see what sort of CHEAP flight he could get me back to Iowa. I wanna go and look at some houses and what not.

Been REALLY busy at work and trying to crank out stuff for my Contract jobs. These 3:30am days are KILLING me. Thank god I only have one more left.

Thursday Ben came over and we went out shopping. I bought a really cute pair of shorts and a bunch of stuff I don’t need at Target. It was a good night. I think we’re going biking and then to the Chinese New Year in Chinatown on Saturday.
