Well, last night I left Ames about 5:45… I finally got here about 6:50 this evening… That’s a full 25 hours of driving it was hell.
I hate Andrew’s keyboard.

Today was absolutely amazing. We walked so much today and did so much and saw so much. It’s just all so really cool.
But first I have to tell you all about last night, which was a blast! lol.
Well, actually I should tell you about the day yesterday. We all took this bus which was hellish! It was like a 2 hours bus ride, and the roads here are horrible, so every little bump or crack in the road and you came up out of your seat, and then there wasn’t any AC in the bus, so it was just hell! I couldn’t believe it.
We got to the village and walked around this cathedral and this short crazy guy gave us a tour and it was funny. And he showed us this really neat sun dial from like the ancient times. I really love all the history here, I wish we had it all in the states too!
After that was a carriage ride around town and then to the ruins. Which was really neat. We climbed to the top of them and had a good time. From there we went to this restaurant which was really cool. I also learned a few things…

Both of those things reference things you can do in the bathroom, if you really want to know ask. lol, It’s pretty gross.
Once we were done in the town we came back to the hotel and then went out shopping. I tried finding andrew FFX-2 for cheap cause they had a lot of PS2 games super cheap, but no one had them. The guy at the video store also checked me out, and he was pretty hot. Though the thing I really don’t like is that you can’t tell how old the people are here. It’s kinda strange.
Anyways, after that we went to this store and got some bacardi and came back to the hotel, got supper and ordered a big pitcher of pineapple juice. TOok that up to the girls room and we mixed that and the rum. It was REALLY good tasting. I had a lot more then the other people, and I really started to get annoyed because everyone was treating me like I was 2. And I was still doing just fine and I wasn’t that drunk. LIke I remember everything that happened and all that. Then we went out to the hallway to get something, and Yanira came out of her room and made me go back to my room. She walked me down there. lol. I sat up watching TV for a while, then talked to my roomies when they got back from the game. After they left again, I went to bed and slept tell 5:45.
Today started out really annoying. LIke everyone was asking me if I had a hangover and was again babying me. It got REALLY fucking annoying. I KNOW my limit for drinking and I wasn’t even THAT drunk. It really got on my nerves. Just like when EVERYONE was pointing out that I was burned and asking me/telling me to put on my sun block! I’m fucking 22 years old. I can handle this shit myself.
Anyways, this morning we went out to Chichen Itza and it was REALLY REALLY pretty and so neat. Again it was just more ruins and stuff. But these were in such great shape. And it was just so neat how like they built over the old stuff to make new, and how most of the “hills/mountians” in this area are actually just ruins that are covered over yet. How neat would it be to just one day go out to your back yard to dig a hole and find a ruin. They were all so pretty.
ONe thing though is that I wish we had more time to explore it on ourselves. We only had like 30 minutes total, which was a bit sad. I could have sat at the top of the pyramid for a couple hours just looking at the views and stuff. I also wish that we could have been able to climb more of them. It’s sad that they had them all blocked off.
I also got to thinking about how they know all of this stuff and the history behind them. What also confuses me is how can things that are so HUGE can be lost in time and get covered up like that. I mean, where’d the people of this region go for so long that these huge pyramids can get lost. It really just amazes me.
It’s like they say in that one movie..”There’s so much to be see then can ever be seen, so much to do more then even be done” and that’s totally how I feel out here, there’s just SO much to do and so much to see. I wish I could live here for like a year or two and just do everything and experience it even more.
After we left the ruins I got REALLY annoyed about things, because like these stupid guys were being so annoying in the market. I wanted to look around and see what they had to sell, but they were being so aggressive and annoying that I just couldn’t deal with it, so I left and went and met by the buses at 2:15 like we were told. Then I get there and we’re told that it’s now 2:30 that we have to be there, so I just sat there for the fifteen minutes. It was really annoying. Then we get to the place where we’re eating and I just get even more annoyed. Whatever though, I’m not going to let it ruin the last couple days of my trip. Lets just say I’ll be glad to get away from all the drama that’s going on around here.
Oh, and then at the hotel where we ate they had this place to shop inside, and they had this HUGE shelf penis candles. And then we go back in farther and they had gay mayan sex things, and also penis flutes and stuff. It was so crazy! If it weren’t so expensive I would have bought them.
After that we came back to the hotel here and I went to the internet cafe. It was SO great because I got to talk to drew bear. It was only for like 10 minutes, but it was still really exciting to get to talk to him again. I gave him a REALLY quick run down of what I had been up to today. And we just talked about a few things. I can’t wait to get back to Houston so that I can call him and talk to him. I’m also really excited because apparently he’s been calling me every day and leaving me messages. Which is insanely cute and I really want to go hear them all.
Talking to him again really made me miss him so much more, and I can’t wait to see him in a couple weeks. I’m really excited for my trip to Cali in April. Not only for getting to see him but also for all my job interviews. I really hope that I get an offer by the time that I leave that week. I’m super excited for the interview at that place just 10 minutes from Andrew. It’s the one where I applied for the Cobol and they e-mailed me back saying they’ve been thinking of adding a new position for a Sys Admin and my resume looked really good. Out of the interviews that I have, I’m most excited about that. Also the beginning part of next week, I’m going to be really busy calling places back and applying to jobs to make up for all of them I missed this week.

Ok, well here I am in the Denver airport. I’ve got about two hours before my flight, so I figured I’d update some about my trip.
Overall it was REALLY fun, great, exciting, and has made me really excited to be moving to Cali. We’ve already found TONS of stuff that we want to do once I get there.
Anyways, I got in on Thursday, only 7 minutes late. It was really pretty flying in, we went right over Las Vegas, and all the lights were so pretty. Then flying over LA and all of the southern Cali area. Oh man. There just aren’t words to describe it.
Thankfully I was in seat 2F, so I got off the plane REALLY fast, and then I ran all the way from there through this really nasty tunnel thing and found Andrew. We hugged real quick, then I went and peed, and then came back out and hugged some more.
From there we went out and found Mike, who’s really hot, and drives a super cute car. Though not as cute as the car I will own. I have decided this. Drove from the Airport back to Chapman, it was a really long drive, and Mike seemed a bit annoyed about something.
Once we got back to Chapman, we made the rounds and I was introduced to everyone. Finally got back to the room about 12:30, and went to bed. Mike seemed really annoyed about something and it kinda upset me cause I didn’t want to annoy him, or cause any problems while I was there. I hope that everything is alright. I just talked to Andrew and he said he was IMing Mike and they were talking as if nothing had happened, so that’s good I guess. Though, I’d still like to know what Mike was so upset about.
Friday morning we got up and did a bunch of stuff, Andrew went to class in the morning and I just hung out in his room. After he got back we went and ate, then decided to go to an art museum. We didn’t think it was all that far away, but it ended up being like 3 miles, and it was hell walking there. My feet were so blistered and stuff by the time we got there. It was very painful. The museum was really pretty and on the way there we stopped and looked at a few apartments. That was exciting to start looking.
After the museum, we went over to ColdStone and had some ice cream. It was SOOOOO good. I’m in love with that place. From there we walked all the way back to Chapman. It was about 7 miles we walked on Friday. My feet still hurt! lol.
Once we got back we just hung out some and did dinner, then watched the Cranberries movie he got. It was pretty good. I forget what we did after that, but we didn’t really do to much Friday night. I was really tired.
Saturday we got up and went to brunch at 10:30, then made the trek to the mall. It was TONS of fun there, we spent nearly 3 hours in the mall walking around and shopping. it was so much fun to shop with my Drew Bear again. 😉 From the mall we went to a coffee shop in Old Town Orange, it was really good coffee. After that back to the dorms where we hung out and watched the Simpsons for a while.
That night we went to the Beach area. I had no idea where he was taking me, but we drove and drove and listened to oldie love songs, it was so cute. And we were all dressed up.
We ate at this really good pizza place, shared a calzone. They put us at this HUGE table like right inside the door, it was so wierd to be right there. lol. And throughout the meal people kept coming up to us and asking if they could take the other chairs at our table. lol. We were scared they’d eventually come and ask for the chairs we were sitting in, but they didn’t. 😀 We also got a monster look a like thing. Yummy!
After dinner we walked down to the beach, it was a bit chilly so we didn’t stay long, but it was so pretty. The whole night was very thoughtful of Andrew to plan out. I really liked the area down there too! We’ll have to go back later on some time.
Drove back to Chapman after that and went to bed.
This morning we got up and drove me to LAX. Got there and then said goodbye, it was very quick, but then the time we’re apart will be short and quick too. So that’s good. I’m very excited to go back in April! I can’t wait.
The flight out of LAX was hellish, and I’m starving. There were so many stupid annoying children on the flight and all they served was pretzels, which I hate! So I haven’t had anything to eat since yesterday. I also had to sit next to this really bitchy gay guy. So annoying.
Now I’m sitting here in Denver airport. I’ve still got an hour before my flight, I don’t know what the hell I’m going to do tell boarding time. I don’t really want to go wondering around the airport with my heavy ass bags, but I really want to go eat something. Also there’s a really stupid straight boy sitting next to me talking about cows and stuff, it’s very scary. lol.
I just talked to Andrew a bit ago and he seemed really upset. I hope that he’ll be alright, wish I could be back there to make all his problems go away! But I will be soon enough.

I know i haven’t really done much of a real entry lately, but not much has really been going on. I’ve been working alot and doing other random stuff. Trying to get packed for the trip to Mexico and also for the trip this weekend. Classes have been classes and as I said my HIST prof is totally crazy.
Anyways, the weekend has been pretty fun. Friday night I went out with Justin again. We went to the frathouse and had a really good time. It was free drinks tell 11, and free cover. So we both got fairly tipsy before 11. I stopped drinking after that but he kept on going. He was pretty smashed by the time we left at 12:30. I drove him home and as I was dropping him off we hugged, and then he leaned out and started to come back in for what I thought was another hug. But he gave me a kiss on the lips.
I was like, “Ok, I think you need to go to bed.” He called me on my way home and appologised and also told me the next day that he felt really bad about it. I told him not to worry, no harm done. And also he was pretty damn drunk, so I associate it to that.
Anyways, I drove home and stayed up for a while talking to Andrew and then went to bed. I slept in pretty late Saturday, but got up and went to DM. Turned in my app to Old Navy, and the manager was like, “Let me ask you a few questions” So i wa slike, alright… Then she goes “Ten words that describe yourself” and I was like, “Ummm, I have no clue.” I did get 5 out though, and that sucked.
Then like as soon as I walked out the door I was like, “THE SCOUT LAW!” Damnit, Trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courtesy, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, reverent. Hello! There’s twelve right there. Dmanit. I was so annoyed at myself for that.
But I really hope I get the job. I mean, it’s a mindless job, but I think it’ll be fun. Plus extra money and good discounts on the super fabulous clothes they have!
After that I drove to VWM and picked up my suit then broke for home.
Sat around home all day reading business case studies and shit. Found out that Orange County is the number 2 inflated home prices in the country. Also read a hilarious 101 stupidest corporate activites too. Very amusing. I was going to post it here, but you have to pay to read it. Bastards.
Anyways, after that I sat around. Justin and I talked online and he invited me to a movie, and even offered to pay. it was super nice of him. We went and saw EuroTrip, which has two super hot boys in it. And we get to see thier asses! Holla! It was really funny too. I enjoyed it.
After the movie we went to El Rodeo and I had fried ice cream and we sat and talked and shit. It was good times. from there we went and drove around. He tried getting me lost, but actually got himself lost. Good thing I knew where I was going. He was just giving me directions and I was following them. We ended up at Saylorville and just drove around and stuff. Yet again, good times.
Drove him home and then I went home.
Today has been a long day. got up, did stuff, came home, cleaned, studied for Strategic Management class, read more business case studies (I’m a case study whore!) then did a strat analysis on Mandrake soft.
Now i’m here, and I’m going to go lay down. I have a bit of a headache.
