This weekend was TONS of fun. Friday I got out of class at 11 and ran over to work because I saw that my Video card had been delivered. I came back, installed it and spent an hour or two playing with Sim City 4. Very VERY cool. As I’ve said before.

After I was done with that, I left to go back to Ankeny. I got my oil changed, and a hair cut. Good times.

From there I went to Adam’s house, we left to go get Andrew at VWM.

We all shopped there, I purchased the Orange shirt from Structure, only $12.00. Andrew also purchased it. After we were all done shopping, we headed to the Porn shop, got porn and then drove back to Ames. We wanted something to eat so we stopped at Hickory Park, where we had a lesbian waitress, she was THE BEST!

From there we came back to my house and watched the porn, talked and just had a really good bonding time. Yay bondness! lol

Saturday we got up, went back to Ankeny, filled out Apps and shopped at MHM, met up with Scott downtown. I beat up Andrew, alot. Adam thinks we were flirting, which we WERE NOT! Andrew and Scott left about 4ish, so Adam and I went back to my house, ate supper, hot tubbed, watched TV then went back to his house, met up with Andrew again, and did some more watching of TV and Andrew and I wrestled again!

Today’s been pretty boring and full of studying. I met up with Adam about 11:30, we did stuff, shop, etc. Then I came back here about 3ish and have been studying ever since. I’m now on a major study break.

The good news though is that two of my tests were pushed back, so I only have two on Monday now. So that’s good. However, they are the two hardest tests out of the four that I was supposed to have had.

I’ve been looking over my spending habits lately, and I really need a raise… Nazanin, could I have a raise?!?!

Andrew also FINALLY gave me my b-day gift. It was the MOST thoughtful thing I think I’ve ever recieved from a friend. He got me a subscription to Ad-Busters. It’s overly cool because it’s such a great maqazine, plus because you can NEVER find them around here. Big hugs go out to him

I also credited his bj account 500, so he’s now out of debt to me! lol.

In other news, I feel like a big blargy. I must start working out now. Tonight I did like 10 minutes on the Ab-Roller thing, my Abs were KILLING my by the time I was done, after that I lifted some for a while just bi-cep type lifts since I clearly don’t have any real work-out machinery here at my apartment. I must find someone to go work out with at the Rec. I’m going to do the nordictrack once I’m done with this entry. Good times.

So they should start a new reality series, staring me, and my FOUR tests in TWO days! Three on Monday, one Tuesday morning. Rarr.

I don’t know how well I’ll do on them, today my Mkt prof went over sample questions that are going to be on that test, they all seemed pretty easy. Hopefully they will be, cause that’s the one I’m going to study less for. I also have tests in FIN, MIS, and POM.

Other then all the tests classes have been going fairly well. We had our first milestone due in MIS, we got that back and missed 6 points, he’s giving them all back because the directions were clearly not clear! He took off points because we didn’t include a mission statement, and then instructions said NOTHING of a mission statement, and the other thing that he took points off for we had, but he claimed we didn’t because it was on the same page as another thing. Why the HELL would you take off points for that. The direction didn’t say ANTYHING of specifically needing a page break between the two things. He’s sucha dumbshit.

On top of that, he goes through all the slides SO fast. If Julian thinks that his prof goes through them fast try this guy! Grrrr. He annoys me so. I have yet to actually LEARN anything during a class. If he didn’t take attendance every day, I just might skip it.

POM is going well, I understand everything. Yay for slack time, etc.

FIN is confusing and the prof has the REALLY annoying neck thing which makes it hard to focus on the material. Plus there’s a hot boi close by. lol

Life in general has been good. Lots of studying and thinking about what I’m going to do this summer. I’ve dug out my nordictrack again, and have started using that. Tonight I did 10+ miles an hour for 5 minutes and then 6-7 miles an hour for 10 more minutes. This summer I think I’ll ride my bike alot and walk to loose the weight that I have gained as of recently, so depressing. And then next semester I’ll lift to put on muscle. Good times. But we all know how well I stick to plans, so I’m sure that’ll change.

I need to go see a doctor though before I start anything to rigorus. Adam’s been complaining about my breathing pattern and I’ve noticed it alot too. And then tonight when I was doing the nordictrack it got really bad. Must go get more drugs to fix that. Considering the ones that I have expired in like 1998 or something. lol.

Today was nazanin’s b-day, and she got a book on Bonsai, and she brought in these REALLy good cakes, she made them last year too. Oh so good. I love cake….. MUST STOP EATING FAT! I’m going on a rice diet.

I ordered a new graphics card, it should be here Friday. I can’t wait to get it cause then I can play Sim City 4 all the time! No one will EVERy see me! HA!

Speaking of no one ever seeing me. Tomorrow I’m going to be on campus practically all day. I have classes from 11-4 and then I’m going to stay on campus and work on Oracle stuff. I have to know it for my test on Monday in MIS. And then perhaps work on some FIN and POM shit. I have no idea what time I’ll get home. I did some of the POM stuff tonight, slack time!!!, but there’s more that needs to be done.

It’s good to know that our government if funneling money into such violent games to recruit for our army. Go us (or should that me “US”)!

I’m thinking of switching distros again, Redhat just doesn’t recognise my TV Tuner card like it should, and it won’t allow me to get auto-updates without paying for it. Bastards and theier wanting of money. I’m thinking of going back to SuSE, mostly because I tried installing Mandrake 9.0 and it froze EVERY time at different spots. So I gave up on them. I really wanted to give it another shot though. perhaps once ADAM gets me my computer back. lol

Anyways, I got MythTV working, but without my Tuner card working it’s of no use to me. Which is sad cause it’s all pretty and shit. I also have Mplayer working, which is good cause I can now watch my PRON on my Linux box without having to worry about codecs. However one thing I don’t like about mplayer is that when you go to full screen it just fills in the screen around the video with black, it doesn’t actually expand the video to full screen like WMP does. 🙁

Kids

So this weekend has been good. Friday night Adam and I went out to supper and had a good time. We spent the night here in Ames.

Saturday we went to Andrews Speech thing, Very fun. And he was really good. After that we went to the DOT to get my new license, but they were closed, so we went back to my house to wait for Andrew to get done with speech. About the time that he should have been getting done, we left to head out to VWM, we couldn’t even get out of PC cause the roads were REALLY bad. Rarr at winter weather.

We had to cancel the plans for a big gay orgy, I mean… Sleepover. But adam and I wachted A.I. instead at my house and stuff.

Today we got up REALLY late, went to his house, messed around and then I came home and I’m making chili now. YAY! Food.

Sports…. football!

Anyways, after looking at all those pics of me and watching A.I with cute little Haley Joel Osment, I’ve been thinking alot about kids… And I think I want one. Eh, but that desision is a ways down the road. Kids are cute, I just wish they could like pop out at 5 years old or something. lol

So it took me longer to get a chance to update then I thought it would, but here I am.

This past weekend was really good.

Friday Andrew and Dustin came over to Adam’s house and we plastered Andrew. He was all lubbie to, and that was funny. lol. We got to see a bit more of him then we all wanted.

After that we went to Java Joe’s and had a good time.

Saturday morning Adam and I got up early and went down to Lenox to see Beak and my G&G. We ate, went through pics and just generally had a good time.

We found tons of funny pics, and stuff about the family and that was all very etertaining. I’ll post some of the ones that we found of me once I get a chance to scan them in. We also found my grandma’s report cards and made fun of her for them! For once the tables were turned.

We spent the night there saturday and came home about 12ish on Sunday. Adam went to work about 3 and I went home. The PU’s and I went out to eat and then came back home and opened presents. I made out with the following:

4. Horoscope book
5. The Sims expansion Packs

It was good.

Monday I went out shopping with my b-day money, I didn’t buy anthing though. I must go purchase some stuff today and pay to have my oil changed in my car.

And that was my weekend. Today we’re back to school. My 12:00 class was randomly cancelled. The prof came in and was like “I have to cancel class for today” And that was that. So now I don’t have anything to do untill 2ish.

I think I’ll go get a book and read or something.
