Germany?

So… I might be going to Germany in June.

You might all remember that I mentioned my cousin and I talking about a trip there over Christmas. Well she FINIALLY e-mailed me back yesterday about it. She’s still trying to line up the funding and is going to be taking out a student loan to go. haha. However she needs someone to co-sign and her parents refuse.

So, it’s probably not going to happen. Though I REALLY want it too.. I mean, hello, free room and board, a free translator, and someone who knows the area! How sweet would that be! She wants to go for 2-3 weeks, but I could only pull off 1 max… Who knows.

Yesterday was so productive, yet unproductive. I got up and worked and found some php-upload programs. Then I went out shopping about 10 and bought a bunch of stuff for the cats and some food and then got my hair cut.

It’s so wierd that the guy there ALWAYS remembers me. Last year I spent $80 on hair cuts, which means I went once every 2.5 months. And I didn’t ALWAYS go to this guy. Anyways, he’s this short little asian guy and it’s just wierd. But he does a good job and it’s cheap. 🙂

I ended up spending like $150 yesterday which sucks. Blah damn cats are expensive sometimes!

Came home and worked some more, downloaded Sims 2 University and Nightlife, Rollercoast Tycoon 3, and Worms Arm / 3D. I fell a sleep about 3 and woke up again at 7. And then spent the night sitting around playing the Sims2.

Today will probably be more of the same!

Adios.

Paris Day 4

Here I am on the last plane ride on my way back to the OC. Paris has been a great trip and I can’t wait to travel out of the country again. I keep hoping that maybe in the spring I’ll get to go somewhere, but I doubt that I shall know anyone then that will have the money to go with me. Nor shall I really. I did only spend $170 on this trip though. mostly on things for other people. I didn’t even buy anything to bring home for myself, and realized I forgot to get my dad something. Opps. He’ll have to do with my mom’s gift. lol. I really loved Paris, the city was amazing. Though dirty. I would have to classify it dirtier then New York. But sitll a nice place.

The confusion is really grabbing my attention. So much of it is happening in Paris and they go into great detail about these places that I’ve just seen. It’s amazing. I really wish I could visit Paris in the late 1600’s. Based on this book it sounds so wonderful. So amazing. Honestly I wish I could visit most of the world of the late 1600’s. It seems like a good time. It’s after all the horrible plagues of that time period and everything is relativly peaceful.

Anyways, it’ll be good to be back in the OC as well. Back to a nice routine, back to somewhere that I’m fairly familiar with. Back to being able to talk to Blake.

Speaking of, I’m a tad bit annoyed because i specifically asked him to call me this weekend and leave me a message to make me happy, but he didn’t. 🙁 I’m sure there’s a perfectly good reason to it, I just was really hoping and looking forward to hearing from him. I hope that somehow we can work out seeing each other again before Christmas.

EDIT://He says he left me 9 messages! Where the fuck did they go Verizon!?!?

So, I’ve got about 4 more hours on this flight and then that will mark a total of 12.5 hours on planes just today! How annoying. I’m not sure if I shall go into the office tomorrow or not. We’ll have to see.

Paris Day 2&3

Well, we leave for the airport tomorrow. I’m both ready to go home and don’t want to leave. We’ve had a really fun time while being here. Yesterday was the Louve, the Pompidou and some random gay cafe… All of it was really fun and cool.

Today was the Musee D’Armie to see Napoleon’s tomb, which was HUGE! Then we went to the catacombs which was fun and then off to Musee D’Orsay which was really fun as well. We got done with all that early so we went up to this crazy Church up above the city. It was really pretty up there, apparently lots of people go there to make out. I can see why.

We also went to the sex area and had a few dancers try and lure us into the clubs. One even grabbed my arm and started to drag me! I was like, go away! I’ve bought presents of everyone that’s getting one. So that’s good.

I’ve had a great time and wish there was more time here… My feet hurt so bad as well as my back and my knees.. Ok, well basically everything hurts. But we’ve packed in like a weeks worth of shit into a long weekend. I’m also glad that Andrew was here, because it’s good to finally have that last bit of closure in things. Everything is finally over with. I honestly don’t even find him attractive anymore, and he’s very self centered which is really fucking annoying me this weekend… So now I can finally move on without even the wondering if something might happen again. Because it won’t.

Anyways. He needs to use my computer now. So I’m breaking.

See you all on Tuesday morning!

Paris Day 1

Wow, I can’t believe it’s only 10:30am on Friday … Well here it is 7:30 and we’re so ready to sleep. I think we both got maybe three hours of sleep on the plane.

Anyways. I left SNA yesterday and the first flight was Ok, but the woman sitting next to me was reading this mindless drivel magazine and it was annoying. Got to Detroit and waited around. 5 fucking hour layover. Blah! I found a nice place with free internet and a plug in… So that was good. Got to talk to Blake some more and it was nice to do that.

We went to dinner at Chili’s and the waitress was so stupid. Finally got on the plane, and we tried switching with the Isle people so that we could sit next to each other. But they were both bitchy and were like. “I want to keep my isle seat” Grr. Anyways, then he made me get a fucking dinner when I didn’t want too, and then he didn’t even eat it! I also drank on the plane. That was fun! Who knew that they were free on international flights! Woot.

BTW Blake, 661mph cruising speed with a 71mph tail wind, outside temp of -51 degrees. We landed 1 hour early. 🙂

Got through customs which was much easier there then when I went to mexico, Very strange. Got on the train after being very confused and then got to our hotel.. It’s a slum, what can I say. 🙂 The building is really old and cool though. As are all the buildings in the area! So pretty!

After we got settled here we headed out to Notre Dame.. It didn’t take that long and the skies were overcast so that sucks.. But I got some good pics of it. (73 pics in total today). From there we walked over to the Arc and then to the Eiffel Tower. We didn’t stay long at either of them because it was cloudy and the visibility sucked, so there was no point in going up them today. Hopefully before the weekend is over.

Did some random shopping and stuff in there too and just general walking around the city. It’s really fun and cool. But also really dirty.

Anyways…… I’m out for the night.
