So I’ve been leaving Austin alone… Just waiting to see what he does…

Yesterday, he called me 9 times. And asked me out to lunch. Granted, I found out once we were AT lunch that he only called me because Orlando didn’t call. But it’s better then nothing! When he was complaining about that, I wanted to just be like. “Damnit, Austin, there’s someone IN THE CAR who would treat you better then that. Because it’s what you deserve!”

If he had called me while I was eating dinner, I would have talked to him. If he had asked me to call him to plan lunch. I would have done it. And all the other things that he’s been complaining about so far. Gah, I REALLY hope this he doesn’t get in a relationship with this guy, because that’ll just be hell for me. Clearly I’m so much better.

It made me feel good though that he called me so many times, mostly to just chat about random stuff. We’ll see how today goes.

MySpace… Stupid.

I’m getting really fed up with the idiots that run myspace…

First of all, choosing Cfx to run as the backend to start was just an idiotic choice. Where did Tom get the money to purchase those sort of licenses anyways, that shit isn’t cheap! But it’s slow and retarted programing language which horribly limits you.

Second, the fact that they are constantly rolling out changes to the page which will break things, is not a good business practice! Hello, have you heard of QA? And the fact that one is constantly getting error messages saying that a users profile is down for maintenence, or that bulletins or the blog is down for maint is just stupid. What are they running back there which is causing these down times? Hello, have you heard of maint windows?!

Third, the idiots who USE myspace are getting on my nerves lately. For some reason I’ve been getting TONS of underage kids IMing me, and they all use CAPS IN EVERYTHING and they say that it’s stupid to take it off.. These people are blocked by me. 🙂 But god, get a life, there’s tons of people your own AGE to deal with!

Forth, Myspace seems to cause Safari to go crazy if you leave it open for long amounts of time. All the flash ads, etc, cause Safari to eat up tons of RAM and to use a large CPU % even when in the background.

Fifth, it seems like Myspace will soon be moving to an ASP server style.. Again, not the smartest choice I would say, but again, they are now a corp pawn.

Lastly, is TOM actually doing anything about the Spam problems on myspace? It seems to only be getting worse!

Sadly… It just makes me feel better hoping that Orlando ends up hating him. One can only hope. Though the fact that he did call makes me upset again.

I just wanted to say during that convo that… “If you called me, I would have stopped eating and talked to you.”

It just upsets me too that after 2 dates with this guy Austin’s so all over him.. What makes him so much better then me? :'(

Haha, I love her! It’s so true though, I wish we all came with soul mate tattoos. (or maybe homing beacons would be better, that way you can search them out better) Damnit. Julian also IMed me today, which made me happy. It’s good to know that there are people back there who care about me. I wish they were all closer. I tried talking to JP yesterday, but he was very busy. He’ll be gone today, so it’ll be Wed before I can talk to him again.

So has everyone heard of the Real Life Simpsons opening? Did you know it was ACTUALLY made by Fox? How crazy is that?!

Oh my God! Tom is pissed. He e-mailed me and said he’s gonna start a virus that will blow up all the computers that use MySpace unless this gets posted like 14 million times before next Thursday. You have to copy this and post it in a new bulletin in the next 18 seconds or it doesn’t count! OMG I don’t want my computer to blow up!

My MythBox is being a fucking whore bitch. I installed the new PVR-150 in her yesterday to try and make her happy, but she apparently doesn’t like it one bit. For some reason she now thinks she supports ipv6, and thus mysql won’t start up thus causing mythbackend to not startup thus causing mythfrontend to not start up! Damnit!

I’ve googled my ass off trying to find a way to disable ipv6 in knopp, but I can’t find it! Anyone have suggestions?!

If I can’t find anything today I’m just going to reinstall her.. She does need an upgrade anyways, I think I’m like 3 or 4 versions behind.

I did end up hanging out with Nile last night. Things went well.

I downloaded this thing called Saft a while ago. It’s amazing. I love it! If you use Safari, you should go download it right now! I know it’s not free, but I think it’s worth the money.

But now I must get back to what I’m doing. Adios!
