My tooth HURTS so fscking BAD. I think I’m going to DIE DIE DIE!

My wisdom teeth, or at this point it’s just on tooth, is coming in. And it HURTS LIKE A MOTHER FSCKER!

In other news, this weekend was alright. Went home early Friday because it was supposed to be BAD! And indeed it did get VERY bad, but not near as early as they thought it would. Anyways, it rained, it hailed, it SNOWED! It was so cool!

Friday night Andrew was supposed to come over, but he clearly didn’t come over. Too bad too really. It would have been TONS of fuN! Had he not had to work he would have been there though, because by 7 when he got off the roads were pretty bad.

Anyways, Adam and I watched TV, and did other random stuff all day long. About 11ish we went out and played in the snow. It was SOOO cool. It was like we were 12 again! lol.

I got scared shitless too cause there was a rabid animal chasing us around the yard. Luckly Gordy was there to protect us!

Saturday we slept in and awoke to EVEN more snow, you couldn’t even tell where we had been out running through the yard just hours before, or where I hat shovled at least a foot of snow off our deck! It was crazyness.

Needless to say, Adam and I sat around my house and had a good ass time! And again, Andrew didn’t make it over. Sad.

We also baked LOTS of cookies, and played in the snow some more, and took panoramic pics of my backyard and all the pretty snow! I love snow when it comes down like this! I dislike it when it interupts my plans for things. Rarr.

We slept in this morning, got up dressed and then ventured out to leave… Since they had FINALLY cleared out our driveway… There were like 4 foot drifts in our driveway, it was crazy!

Drove back to Adam’s. Roads were still really bad between Ankeny and PC. So once we got there, I wanted to leave cause I didn’t want to be out driving in the roads to much. Considering I almost died from a car accident on the way there. Fucking people in their big ass trucks!

Anyways, I left. Came home. Did shit. Watched the Simpsons, and then the Married with Children thing, very interesting.

And now I’m here, dying from my hurt! I shall go off to bed soon, and call a dentist tomorrow!

Mistake!

So I made a BIG mistake today. I went to a career fair. And walked out with a job offer….

Now at first glance, that might not seem like a big mistake. But it is. Cause really all I wanted to do, was go there, see who’s there, hang out some, and talk to employers. Well I was walking around and noticed that Mid-Iowa was there. And I’d heard that Pete wasn’t doing the camp this year. So I just my curiosity just killed me and I had to stop in. I did, I talked to the guy and he said that he was doing camp.

Great, some guy I’ve never heard of. We talked, he’d been on staff for 5 years at Mitigwa, he’s a district exec now. We talked about my years on staff and how much Pete and I hated each other, and how he would do stuff differently.

We got along, and before I knew it, he was offering me a job as a COPE Instructor. Now, I’m sure that most of you have NO idea what that is. But it’s something that I’ve been wanting to do ever since I did COPE in philmont back in ’00.

Summer of ’01 I was offered a job at the FIRST Boy Scout camp, it’s name slips my mind at the moment. I had to turn it down though because it A) only offered me $1,000 for June 1 – Aug 18th. Which is a total rip off. B) It was in PA. C) They didn’t have good Staff quarters. AND D) I got a better offer from Mitigwa to do Eagle Bound, also something that I would really enjoy. And I dud enjoy it untill I came home one day that I had off and met this boi. And I decided that my time was done at camp.

Anyways, I must figure out what I want to do this summer I want to work at Krell.

I want to go to school.

I want to hang out with friends.

I want to take this once in a life time oppurtunity and work on COPE. But I don’t know what I want to do. Dmanit. Why so many decisions!

Speaking of working at Krell. I wish that they would give me a raise. I’ve worked there for more then a year and half, and I’ve yet to get shit. I need to ask for a raise, but I just don’t know how to go about that….

This will be continuted at some other point. I got distracted and it’s not time for bed!

So it’s been a long time since I last udpated, well in my terms.

Weekend was good. Friday Adam and hung out and watched TV, hot tubbed, etc. You all know where that went without me having to say it. 😛

Saturday I wanted to get up and go to Andrew’s Speech thing, but Adam and I slept in to late, and didn’t get to go. Sad really cause the people that were supposed to have gone didn’t. Anyways, after that we all did stuff. Downtown, skywalks, etc. It was good times. And I beat the shit out of Andrew again.

Sunday was boring, Adam and I drove around and went shopping. I left about 1:00ish cause they had been talking snow all day, I wish that I would have stayed though.

I also purchased a book on Ropes and Knots, exciting. I know I’m a nerd.

I’m so in debt this month.

TeSts Part II

So I’ve had tests this week. The last one for the week it tomorrow night at 8pm. Grrr.

Test #1, MIS: I thought I had done alright, I studied my ass off for it on Thursday and Friday, and that morning some as well. Got grades back today… Not so good.

Test #2, MKT: I think I did fine, MKTing is pretty much a no-brainer. Although she did ask some things out of the book that I skipped over because I didn’t think she’d ask questions over that. So I missed those. She said that the grades would be up by 4 this afternoon. Here it is…. 9:18 and they’re still not up.

Test #3, POM: It’ll kick my ass hard if I don’t study. There’s no class tomorrow, so I’m going to spend that time studying. Then I’m STAYING on campus from 3:30 tell 8. There’s a review session for FIN from 5-6 so I’m going to that for the test next week. The rest of the time I’m studying.

Other then that Life is Life. I installed SuSe, and it’s happy. However I can’t get MythTV to work. Which was the WHOLE thing that prompted the switch back to Suse. However, I do have Cable TV on my computer again, so that’s nice. I just can’t record it like I wanted too.

Today at work, they said they want Voice Recognition software for EVERYONE in the office, we’re talking like $3,000 there. Crazyness. Again, I wish that I had that kind of money.

My group for MIS is going well. We have M2 done, so that’s good. On to M3 now. Perhaps I’ll offer to start working on M5 now. Its going to take the longest, and I think I have the most skill in that area.

I shall go now so that Andrew will update!
