Ugh… Boys Part 2

So this weekend was just a major waste for me. After friday I didn’t get dressed till Sunday afternoon when I went out to coffee with Than and his Bf. It was good to get to finially meet them, they were nice.

After that I went to a movie with Austin. We get into the theater and he like immediatly puts the arm rest down between us. So yeah, to me that sends a strong message. After the movie we went back to my house and he stayed for like an hour. Sat on the complete opposite side of the couch from me all like folded up to himself.

He also made it sound like I forced him to come to the movie and made me feel like I’ve been smothering him. So I’m just going to back off and when he’s ready he can say he wants to hang out agian. I don’t want to fuck this friendship up.

The movie was ok, it was King Kong… I wouldn’t say you should go out and see it in the theaters, wait till it’s on DVD.

Ugh… Boys

Ugh.. I dunno what’s going on anymore.

While Austin’s mom was here, he was all.. “I miss hanging out with you”…. “I miss you”…”Hey hun”.. Etc. Which would indicate to me that he “misses hanging out with me”, no?

Well yesterday we made plans.. I’d go over to his house, we’d hang out there, cook supper, I’d spend the night and then we’d go out to go camping early in the morning and spend Saturday and Sunday morning camping.

So I get home from work, pack all my shit into my car, and then he’s all like. “Well, no hurry to come over”. So I sit around playing video games and then finially he calls me and I head over there… get there and go hang out in his room. And he makes a comment as if I was never invited to stay the night. So I just take that if he doesn’t want me to stay.

And it just fucking went down hill from there. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed spending the time with him again. But I just kept getting more and more pissed with him. Sudenly it was too cold to go camping so we were going to go at noon and spend the night. Then I was going to go and he was just going to meet me and if he got bored he would leave. Then the grilling that night got cancelled and I practicallyhad to drag him down to get food cause I was starving.

So we watched this movie and it got over at 11pm. And I just was so annoyed that I was just like.. “Well I’m going home” So I left, and Iw as really sad, because I had realy been looking forward to spending the night with him again. So I drove down to the place where we were going to go camping and sat on the beach for alittle bit and just cried cause I’m so confused.

All I really want out of him is a friend, but I can’t deal with this being jerked around constantly on plans.

Then today I just kept hoping all day that he would say, “Ok, lets do something” but every time I talked to him he just took forever to repsond and would disappear without saying bye or anything. And It’s just relaly pissed me off all day.

It’s ok that he’s in a bad mood, but there’s no reason to be like this to me. I would be perfectly happy just hanging out with him at his house if he’s too lazy. Just fucking tell me. Don’t make plans and then jerk around withme.

It’s also starting to really annoy me about Blake. Ever since Austin came around he’s been pretty much ignoring me. It just makes me sad because I’ve been there so much for him over the last 6 months and it just seems like he just dropped me like that.

Ugh, why are boys so confusing!

Here I thought I had finially met someone who would be a great friend and it feels like things are just going to shits.

New Stuff

Hmm, so yesterday… I installed WP2.0 on my dev site again, with a fresh copy of my DB. Then I started playing with it more, got new plugin’s and deleted out old ones that I don’t use any more or were broken. I even updated a few that were broken and I wanted to keep. So yeah.

I also found a COOL new feature that I’ve actually submitted code for twice. If you are logged in, you can now see your private entries right in line with all the other posts. Which is very cool! Something I’ve been asking for since the early days of B2. I wrote code for it way back then and had it on my site. Submitted th code to the b2 guy and he said it was a feature that not enough people would use so he rejected it. Then when wordpress took over the b2 code, I submited it again with the same rejection. Now YEARS later, I’m glad to see they finially implemented the feature! 😀

Anyhow, I’ve started designing a new theme, it’s going to be all original too, something that I haven’t done in a very long time. Most of my themes are ones I’ve simply modified with new colors/graphics, etc. And usually the graphics are all stolen and just modified a little bit. This one is going to be a personal graphics and all! Don’t hold your breath though, it’s going to be a while.

I went out and bought a new computer last night as well. It’s an AMD 64-bit, 1Gig RAM, and 200Gig HD. It’s running pretty nicely. But OMG, I fucking HATE the way that windows computers are shipped. WHY is it impossible to get a windows computer with just simply the fucking OS installed? Why do they insist on installing all this extra CRAP galor! In fact, the first time I started it the extra crap that they installed cause the damn thing to kernel panic! How horrible is that? I had to start it in fucking safe mode and delete the offending program before I could even use the damn thing. WTF.

So I played around with it some and installed Sim City 4 and have been playing with that for a while now. I’m not too sure yet if I shall keep windows on there, or if it will be replaced with Linux. We will see. If I do keep windows, I WILL be deleteing the one that was pre-installed and installing a fresh copy.

Every morning on my drive into work, I listen to star 98.7 here in LA/OC. They claim to be the station with the most variety. Yet, in the 30 minutes that I drive to work, they play about 2-3 songs… And every day I hear the SAME FUCKING SONGS! How is that the station with the most variety, if all you are playing is 1 song every 10 minutes in the morning, I should NEVER hear the same damn song. It’s the same thing when I drive home, they are always playing the same songs! It’s getting really old, but I really enjoy the morning show people there. THey are funny

I haven’t seen Austin since Tuesday, he’s been busy with his family and doing interviews. He’s taking his mom to the airport at 10 today, and I think he wants me to leave work then and hang out, but I think that might be a little to early to be leaving. So maybe I’ll leave about noonish. Though I don’t want to make him wait around in the area till then. Who knows.

I also really want to get camping since I didn’t get too last week and I still have all the food in my fridge that is going bad. So I have to either eat it all or go camping and eat it. I vote for camping, but it seems that Austin isn’t too hot into that any more. Maybe I will still have to be going alone. Oh well.

I’m surprised that the Audi A3 is winning on my poll in the previous post… I thought most people hated the way it looked!

Austin In Bed

So… Last night after Blake left, I came back into my apartment and Austin was already in my bed. 🙂 Seems he’s a quick learner that I like sleeping with him! Oh, wait, I wrote about it and he probably read it. 🙂 lol.

Anyways, we were laying there and he said, “I could just sleep here every night.” Which would be nice, but I’d hate making him get up at 5:30 every morning and kicking him out. Besides if he doesn’t want a relationship from me, I don’t want him practically living there! lol.

Maybe sometime later once he dates me, if he does.

Paula Abdul Ain’t Got Nothing On Me!

So the other day I went to the gym, and well… My arms HURT now so badly. It hurts just to even push on my chest.. I really should get back into that more. The other day at the docs though they said I was at 170, and that’s with my shoes and clothes/etc on. So who knows. But I should work out at the gym more and I’ve got to get back on the bike soon too!

Lets see, so yesterday at work I learned Perl and wrote a nice little program to do a bunch of stuff. It’s pretty cool.

I got off at 4 because I came in late and drove home. Traffic was HELLISH! I’m never doing that again. lol. Got home and lounged around some, and watched the mythtv stuff that I’ve been putting off forever. Saw a hilarious episode of Drawn Together. That finished just as Blake got there and I replayed him the funniesst part of it. Austin showed up a few minutes later and he drank his martini that I made him while we decided where to go for dinner for sure and just chatted some.

Decided that Hamburder Mary’s was the best bet, so we all went up there. It’s a really cool place. I’ll have to go back on a busier night though, as it was pretty dead. But the service was pretty good and we just all sat around and chatted. Came home and Blake and Austin both did magic tricks. haha. They we’re so cute. Blake left at 9″30 and I walked him out and said good bye. Just as last week, it was really good to see him again.

Austin stayed a while longer and we watched American Idol and talked. He left a little later cause I needed to go to bed.

Tonight I’m supposed to go out with Joel and his bf to coffee, hopefully that will go well. I’m really tired, so I don’t think that I will stay too longer though.
