I’ve been very unhappy here the last few days.
I just want to go back to Iowa State University and working at Krell and living in Ames. I wish I could do that my whole life.
I want to go back and see my family and see my kitties and see my dog.
I want to go back to the way things used to be in my life.
I wish I hadn;t ever moved here.

Hey, keep your chin up. I have been gone from family and friends before too and its hard especially these times of the year. But you went to college to improve your life and it sounds like you are just that. I know its always easier said then done, but hang in there. It will get easier as time goes on.
Besides, Monday we are expecting snow of about 1 to 3 inches in the south from Des Moines to Cedar Rapids and only about 1 inch here in Waterloo. I bet its alot nicer there?

Yeah, and I’ve been away from family too for long periods of time, but this time it just sucks. I really want to go back and see my fam and my house and my room and my dog and all that.
I hope it does get easier.
I really wish it would snow here… there better be TONS of snow when I get back for cchristmas!
It’s 55 here now, and it’s supposed to get down to 33 tomorrow night! Woot, nearly freezing!!
