I was VERY unhappy when I got into my car on Wed and found that 3 of my favorite stations were GONE. They just vanished without an explanation or anything. It’s all very annoying!

I really don’t think that they handled this in the most proper way. They merged channels, they are now censoring channels which weren’t before and I have already noticed less variety on the major stations.

I hope that this is all just a temporary thing until they can get it all figured out!

Sadly, I can’t just say “I’ll switch” because they are now the only Satellite providers!

I am so excited to see what the next 4 years brings us. I hope that he doesn’t disappoint the American Public!

I’m also very sad that Prop 8 passed here in California. I can’t believe that even LA county voted YES for it! What is wrong with these people. They are giving MORE rights to Chickens and taking them away from their fellow citizens! WTF!

Comon Obama! Make it right in America!

Last night I was at Kris’ house and read through the summaries of them all. Frist, most of the “Con” arguments sound like they were written by 12 year olds! It was horrible! But the thing that REALLY got to me was the costs!

Prop 1A: $19,400,000,000
Prop 2: No cost given other then “Reduced state and local tax revenue”
Prop 3: $2,000,000,000
Prop 4: No cost given.
Prop 5: $1,000,000,000 ANNUALLY!
Prop 6: $965,000,000 ANNUALLY!
Prop 7: $2,400,000 ANNUALLY!
Prop 8: No cost given. Notes a decrease in sales tax revenue… (How?)
Prop 9: No cost given.
Prop 10: $10,000,000,000 one time + $10,000,000 ANNUALLY.
Prop 11: No cost given.
Prop 12: $1,800,000,000

REALLY!? Are we kidding ourselves? The state of California CAN NOT afford any of this shit! I really hope that EVERY Prop is defeated.

And to be honest. I don’t understand why ANY of these are really even on the ballot. The people should not really be voting for these sorts of things. This is what we VOTE a legislature into office for. As fast as the Constitutional amendments go though, those SHOULD be on the ballot.

So get out there and Vote tomorrow!

Vote Obama and vote NO on the Props!

BUT! I have to say there’s one thing that annoys me still. I listen to stations 6,9,20,26,30,54. And every once in a while you can flip through the stations and THREE stations will be playing the EXACT same song! This can get very annoying because it’s usually a song that I don’t like.

You would think that they would have something in the DJing software that would not allow this to happen!

Also, sometimes you’ll hear a song and then a couple minutes later flip to a different station and they are playing the same song. I really think that when you have that many stations playing the same “Type” of music there should be something in there that won’t let another station play a song within say 20 minutes of the last time it was played on any other station or something.

Perhaps I’m just weird because I flip stations a lot, but it does get annoying because I tend to hear the same songs over and over again on my long drives that I take.

Either way, I do love my XM! Thank you satellite gods!

RIP Tuxedo… You will be missed. :’(

1) It freezes! Sometimes it’ll just freeze up for a few minutes and pushing the top button once or twice will get it back. However, last Friday, and then again yesterday it completely froze, white screen! Would not do anything! I tried all kinds of combination of buttons to get it to work. Eventually after a few hours, pushing the top button and the front button got it back to working again.

2) Voice mails take forever to show up! Sometimes it will be just a few minutes before I am notified of a Voice mail, other times it will be HOURS later! When I first got the phone I had to turn it off and back on to even be notified, maybe as you have the phone longer it’ll get faster?! lol

3) It takes 30-45 seconds from the time I select “Contacts” to the time that I can actually start looking for contacts! Very annoying! I do have nearly 300 contacts and lots of groups, but still, it should not take this long

4) No MMS!?!

5) Yesterday I was txting about 4 people back and forth to discuss this weekends camping trip, I got 4 txt notifications at nearly the exact same time, then when I went to read the txt, the last bubble was off the bottom of the screen and I could not pull it up to the top, nor get to the keyboard to reply to the message. Going back to the home screen and then back to the txting screen fixed this issue

6) When using Bluetooth in my car, I hear a horrible horrible echo of myself. Not sure what is causing this, it’s almost as if the car and the iPhone are both picking up my voice! My old phone did not experience this.

7) The speaker phone is very quiet.

9) It seems as though if when you are in some apps, you cannot get phone calls?

10) Battery life!! Even with the 3G and Wifi turned off the battery life is not very good. I was expecting to not get the best life out of it, but this seems a bit excessive!

11) No copy/paste!?

Over all though, I still think it’s am amazing phone! I love it.

I get to the Apple store at 4:45. There’s no sign out front that says they are sold out. So I ask. She has says that they have 16gig whites left. Exactly what I want! And there’s NO LINE! So I walk right in, the guy goes to the back and gets it. Comes out and we go through the activation process. We enter my billing address and all that then my phone number to port it. Get to the next screen and it says “This number cannot be ported in this region”. So I call AT&T and the Apple store guy calls AT&T.

The AT&T people tell me that because I am in the Central market they cannot port the number to the PAC market! Very annoying! So we try scirting the system. I give the Apple store guy all my Iowa information, since I can still get bills there. Then it says that the address is not found! How can my PARENTS HOME ADDRESS not be found. We have lived there for 15 YEARS! I know my fucking address. So then I give him the only other Iowa address that I know, and it says that the address does not have AT&T service! UGH! So then we call AT&T AGAIN! This time they tell me that I can go into the AT&T store and they can transfer the number. WTF! If they can do it IN THE STORE, why can SHE NOT DO IT ON THE PHONE!

It should not be this hard to fucking get an iPhone. First I should not have had to wait OVER A MONTH to even get my HANDS on one and secondly I should not have to go into the fucking store to get a phone! So now my damn iPhone is on order from the store and I have to wait another 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to get my fucking phone! UGH!

I hate you AT&T already!
